choosing what kind of cloth diaper is for you...

my cloth diaper journey starts, babyland diaper review. :-)

My cloth diaper journey. Its something I have always wanted to do, but when you look at starter kits that are $200 and you are a 1 income house hold, and you try to read up on it, it is seems so overwhelming you decide against it. But with Sophie, baby #4 no matter what brand of disposable diaper I used she got blisters. So, I decided to give it a try, I will go through the brands I have tried as I try them one at a time. I will say so far my favorite are pocket diapers. :-) and for those of you wanting to try but feel overwhelmed by prices and all the information out there,...don\\\'t be. It is SO much easier than I anticipated and I find myself asking, "What took you so long?"

Now besides the blisters there are all kinds of reasons to switch to cloth.

1. It is good for the enviornment
2. After the initial investment it saves you money, around $2500 a year to be exact!
3. They come in cute prints, and even one size that can last you from about 3 months through potty training!
4. It is better for your baby, more natural less harsh chemicals on baby\\\'s bottom

First diaper I tried were "babyland" off of Ebay. I didn\\\'t want to spend much money if it wasn\\\'t going to work out, I watched auctions and got these for $1 shipped. They are actually pretty good diapers, I just wish they had snaps at the hips. other wise good diaper for a very limited budget.
